Isfahan regional center for technology incubators and science park development (IRIS) together with the cooperation of International Science, Technology and Innovation centre for the South- South Cooperation (ISTIC) have organized a training seminar on the subject Technopreneurship in developing countries. These two category II UNESCO centers have put together a comprehensive program in order to achieve their principle objective of capacity building in the field of science and technology; and what better way to achieve this than to educate the technology managers of small and medium enterprises, and researchers from universities and research institutes of developing countries on the advantages of Technopreneurship. Isfahan Science and Technology Town (ISTT) with its vast experience and capability in the field of entrepreursip and technopreneurship has rendered its assistance to this event and will be hosting this event form the 10th to the 14th of May 2016. Apart from ISTT, IASP West Asia North Africa division is also in collaboration with the event. Coincidently the 12th Sheikh Bahai National Technopreneurship Festival which can be considered as the most important national event held in Iran for the cultivation of creativity, innovation and technopreneurship with the aim to identify and encourage technopreneurs throughout the world is going to simultaneously be held in Isfahan. This simultaneity in events makes it possible for the attendees to enjoy the benefits of both programs at the same time. This event will be managed by USAINS Holding Sdn Bhd (wholly owned by Universiti Sains Malaysia) and VISION Consulting Group.
